1- مقدمة
لقد جاء النضال السياسي والديبلوماسي موازيا للكفاح المسلح الذي خاضه الشعب الجزائري ضد الاحتلال الفرنسي ما بين1954 و 1962 ، وإذا كان الكفاح المسلح في الجزائر وداخل التراب الفرنسي حتمية اقتضتها طبيعة السياسة الاستعمارية فإن النضال السياسي والعمل الديبلوماسي كان رد فعلي طبيعي من طرف جبهة التحرير الوطني على اعتبار أنها الوجه الثاني للمعادلة الجزائرية
2- القضية الجزائرية في المحافل الدولية
كان هدف النضال السياسي تدويل القضية الجزائرية ودحض أطروحة فرنسا الكاذبة والتي تبنتها منذ احتلالها للجزائر عام 1830 والقائلة أن الجزائر جزء لا يتجزأ من فرنسا وأنها قطعة منها بحكم التاريخ المشترك ، وهي الأطروحة التي حاولت فرنسا إقناع حكومات وشعوب العالم بها لذا كان من الضروري على جبهة التحرير الوطني الجزائرية أن تواجه الديبلوماسية الفرنسية وإبطال أكاذيبها من خلال رد فعل يكون قويا والمتمثل في نقل هذه القضية الجزائرية في المحافل الدولية ومحاولة إقناع الرأي العام العالمي والمجتمع الدولي بعدالة الثورة الجزائرية وأحقيتها في النضال على أساس أن هدفها النبيل هو استرجاع الاستقلال الذي اغتصبته فرنسا عام 1830 .
3- الأهداف الأساسية للدبلوماسية الجزائرية
لقد كانت هذه الأهداف نتيجة نشاطها الدؤوب على كل المستويات الرسمي وغير الرسمي ، حيث برزت حنكة جبهة التحرير السياسية والديبلوماسية من خلال نجاحها في التحسيس الفعلي بالقضية الجزائرية ويعود ذلك إلى دور بعثات جبهة التحرير في العالم حيث استطاعت ديبلوماسيتها الفتية ومن خلال نشاطها الدؤوب إدخال القضية الجزائرية المعترك الدولي وفرضها كقضية شعب يعاني من اضطهاد الاستعمار الفرنسي الدخيل وقد وجدت في الدول العربية القوة الضاربة والسند القوي إلى جانب بعض الدول ذات النهج الاشتراكي التي دعمتها ماديا ومعنويا . هذه الوضعية جعلت القضية الجزائرية تحتل الصدارة في المحافل الدولية من حيث الأهمية وهذا ما أكدته جامعة الدول العربية في جلساتها المتتالية التي أعطت الأهداف الأساسية للدبلوماسية الجزائرية مصداقية.
4- قرارات وزراء خارجية الدول العربية
كانت القرارات نتيجة الدور البارز و الإيجابي الذي لعبته جامعة الدول العربية تجاه القضية الجزائرية و أثبتت تماسك الشعوب العربية ووقوفها صفا واحدا إلى جانب عدالة القضية الجزائرية ،كما عكست قرارات وزراء الخارجية العرب جدية الحكومات العربية في مواجهة السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية.
